The new care facilities will be located on the site of Holly Tree House, allowing residents to benefit from the rural setting, the landscaped gardens and access to the parkland and woodland.
Currently, the grounds comprise of numerous leisure and recreational facilities, such as tennis courts, putting green, a Japanese water garden, sensory gardens and a boating and fishing lake. These will be retained for residents to enjoy and more facilities will be added to deliver a positive retirement for those who live here, including a bowling green, golf practice nets and allotments.
Our plans will see Holly Tree House transformed into much needed care facilities, whilst retaining the majority of features that exist in the grounds. To see our full plans, visit our proposals page.
