If you are interested in a new retirement home or the proposed new care home, we’d be delighted to hear from you. Please register your interest below and we will keep you updated as the plans progress.
Our plans truly go above and beyond the industry standard to set a new benchmark for retirement, care provision and assisted living in Cheshire. The vision for this new village is to provide the types of care facilities that we could all wish for, with multiple amenities for all residents to enjoy in an environment developed to the highest safety and care standards. Our exciting plans include a number of new features which all residents of the care village will be able to utilise, including a fitness centre, library, cinema and a bar/café, which will form a residents’ hub.
Many of the existing features of the site will be retained, such as the tennis courts, putting green, boating and fishing lake, sensory gardens and the Japanese water garden. In addition, a number of new features will be installed, including a bowling green, golf practice nets and allotments.
The current situation with the coronavirus pandemic shows the need to have safe facilities for care provision. That is why we have incorporated industry leading infection control measures and hygiene safety processes at the heart of our designs, including isolation suites.
Taken together, these proposals will offer peaceful living in a place where our residents can play tennis, hit golf balls, fish, grow their own vegetables, take country walks and enjoy peaceful moments in a Japanese water garden, all safe in the knowledge that they are supported, safe and secure.
We are fully committed to engaging with the public in relation to these proposals. Before a planning application is submitted to Cheshire East Council, we want to hear your views. All feedback received will be considered and will help shape the final scheme.
